Using the CT three-dimensional reconstruction to measure the activity degree of atlanto-occipital joint and the atlantoaxial joint in different directions and its coupling movement in healthy volunteers, and three dimensional motion range of the maximum rotation position of the upper cervical spine of cervical spondylosis patients, and to analyze the differences, verifing the reliability of the method at the meantime. ⋯ The three-dimensional CT reconstruction method has high reliability, which can be applied to measure the movement of spine. The upper cervical spine contributed the most to the direction of rotation, and the movement in all directions are accompanied by coupled motion in the other direction. There was no significant difference in the rotation of the upper cervical spine between cervical spondylosis patients and normal subjects.

To explore the therapeutic efficacy of manual reduction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty in treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCFs) with intravertebral clefts. ⋯ In the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with intravertebral clefts, the manual reduction combined with PVP is more effective than single PVP, which can effectively prevent vertebral body recollapse and improve the long-term efficacy of patients.

To investigate the hidden blood loss and related risk factors of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures after percutaneous kyphoplasty. ⋯ There is a certain degree of occult hemorrhage in kyphoplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. The risk factors of hidden hemorrhage are diabetes history, operation method, operation time, operative segment and number, loss of vertebral height and recovery ratio.

To compare the clinical effects of closed reduction and internal fixation with limited transtarsal sinus incision in the treatment of Sanders type II calcaneal fractures. ⋯ Closed reduction and internal fixation is as effective as transtarsal sinus incision reduction and internal fixation for Sanders typeIIfracture. It has the advantages of less trauma and fewer complications. Closed reduction and hollow nail fixation group can significantly shorten hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization costs, and is more economical. It is worth recommending, but attention should be paid to avoid choosing to comminute serious calcaneal fracture.

Stenosing tenosynovitis of styloid process of radius(de Quervain's disease) which abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis in the first extensor chamber are affected by resistance when sliding, the incidence is affected by anatomical variations. Symptoms, signs and auxiliary examinations can diagnose the disease. Slight dQS can be improved by rest, brace, restriction activities, and oral medications. ⋯ Surgical treatment can more completely change the condition of dQD from anatomical structure, and clinical should pay attention to the choice of surgical procedure to improve the efficacy and reduce the occurrence of surgical complications. This article discusses the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of the disease from the perspective of anatomical structure. It mainly analyzes the therapeutic targets and the clinical application, which aims to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of de Quervain disease.
