To investigate the methods and clinical effects of autologous iliac bone transplantation, platelet-enriched plasma(PRP) and extracorporeal shock wave(ESW) in the treatment of nonunion. ⋯ Autologous iliac bone transplantation combined with platelet-enriched plasma(PRP) and extracorporeal shock wave(ESW) has a certain effect in the treatment of bone nonunion after fracture surgery. It can significantly improve the formation of new bone. It is a comprehensive and useful way to treat bone nonunion after fracture surgery in clinical work.

To compare poking closed reduction cannulated screw fixation and small incision reduction plate fixation in treating calcaneal fractures. ⋯ For Sanders II-III calcaneal fractures, the two treatment methods have the equivalent effect. While for Sanders IV patients, small incision reduction plate fixation has better reduction, stable fixation and could improve foot function compared with poking closed reduction cannulated screw fixation.

To investigate the advantages of minimally invasive surgery-transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF) under Quadrant channel in the treatment of grade I and II degree degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis. ⋯ The MIS-TLIF under Quadrant channel has advantage of minimally invasive trauma, less bleeding, faster function recovery and better effect in surgical treatment of grade I and II degree degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.

To explore the clinical effect of conservative treatment for giant lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and analyze the factors affecting its resorption. ⋯ The clinical effect of Xiaosui Huahe decoction conservative treatment is satisfactory for giant lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Patients with Iwabuchi displacement and "bull's eye sign" had significant herniation resorption.

To investigate the surgical technique and efficacy of large retractor assisted maintenance of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA) in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the absence of a retractor. ⋯ Large retractor assisted in maintaining the use of PFNA under reposition can fix various types of femoral intertrochanteric fractures. It has simple requirements for surgical position, low equipment requirements, short operation time, less trauma, reliable fixation, and good postoperative recovery. The surgical procedure can be carried out in a primary hospital without a traction bed.
