To investigate the effect of treating degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis by transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion with microendoscopic surgery. ⋯ Microendoscopic surgery transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion technique is indicated for lumbar vertebral instability, localized intervertebral disc disorder and lumbar spondylolisthesis with stenotic nerve root or tube below grade II. This technique has advantages of minimal invasion and early functional recovery.

To explore the effect of self-made L-shaped reductors combined with pedicle screw internal fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar bursting fractures. ⋯ L-shaped reductors combined with pedicle screw internal fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar bursting fractures has many advantages of simple works, good reduction, fixed securely and better results, and so on.

To explore internal fixation whether can improve the clinical outcomes of decompression and posterolateral fusion in patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis. ⋯ Using internal fixation in decompression and posterolateral fusion for degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis can improve low back pain and clinical function. Decompression is necessary for the surgical treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis, which is major effect on the improvement of leg pain.

[Percutaneous plate fixation of three and four-part proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients].
To evaluate the treatment effect of three and four-part fractures of proximal humerus in elder patients using indirect reduction combined with locking proximal humeral plate (LPHP) fixation. ⋯ The technique of extra articular capsule indirect reduction combined LPHP internal fixation has the advantages of stable, easy to operate, less vascular damage and so on. It can effectively treat the proximal humerus three-and four-part fractures, especially to elder patients.
