To investigate the results and indication of differently internal fixation for intertrochanteric fracture and prevent for complication. ⋯ Suitable implant selection according the type of fracture, health condition is an important factor to reduce the incidence of complication for unstable fracture in aged patients. DHS is a main treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. PFN is recommended for serious osteoporosis or unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Compression screws is a choice for the fixation of type I and type II fracture of bad health condition.

To discuss the surgical skill, treatment effect and indications for reconstruction of vertebral lamina with skull titanium plate and autograft in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebrae fracture. ⋯ Reconstruction of vertebral lamina with skull titanium plate and autograft which is a simple and safe treatment for thoracolumbar vertebrae fracture can increase the stability of spine and avoid second canal stenosis.

To discuss the influence of manipulation on cervical vertigo arteria vertebralis morphology and blood flow speed. ⋯ The cervical manipulation exceptionally has the bidirectional control action to arteria vertebralis morphology change and blood flow speed in the cervical vertigo, and can cause the partial blood tubular-shaped condition to have the reversal changed.

Using regional assignment to forked method to study lumbar intervertebral disc hemiation (bugle, hernia, prolapse) dependablity and reason of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and asymptomatic lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. ⋯ There were not necessary relationship between in protrusible size, location, type, compression degree and clinical symptom. This paper may support the mechanism of lumbar intervertebral dise herniation that associated with the following the three aspects: (1) spinal reserve capacity (SRC); (2) involved nerve roots escaping from herniated disc compression and its elastic lengthening function; (3) hypoxia symptosis and anti-ischemia injury compensation of involved nerve roots.
