[The possibility and feasibility of implementation of enhanced recovery after surgery program in pancreatic surgery].
Although the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)had been raised for nearly 20 years, the application of ERAS in pancreatic surgery is still restricted because of great trauma and high incidence of postoperative complications. ERAS have demonstrated significantly accelerated postoperative recovery in pancreatic resections. ⋯ Systemic standard operating procedure could improve executive ability of the ERAS system, including establishing multi-disciplinary team, making management processes, developing verification regime, guarding against medical risks, increasing patient engagement, setting discharge criteria, improving re-admission system. In conclusion, ERAS can be realized in pancreatic surgery and will get substantial development in future.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Random clinical study about application value of oxycodone in radiofrequency ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma].
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of oxycodone hydrochloride in the anesthesia for percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (PRFA) in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Between March and December 2015, 60 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma patients undergoing percutaneous radiofrequency ablation surgery in Peking University Cancer Hospital were randomly divided into three groups: oxycodone group (group Q), fentanyl group (group F) and dezocine group (group D), 20 cases in each group. Respectively intravenously injection oxycodone 0.1 mg/kg, fentanyl 0.001 mg/kg, dezocine 0.1 mg/kg before surgery. ⋯ Intraoperative respiratory depression in group Q and group D were lower than group F (3 cases, 2 cases, 9 cases, χ2=8.012, P=0.018). Conclusions: Oxycodone hydrochloride can be used safely and effectively for radiofrequency ablation. It has favorable hemodynamic stability, lower incidence of respiratory depression, and advantage in terms of postoperative pain.

[Surgical pathology analysis of the causes of failure of 48 bioprosthetic heart valves in 40 Chinese cases].
To investigate the pathological changes and related factors leading to failure of bioprosthetic valves. ⋯ Structural valve deterioration is the principle cause of bioprosthetic valve failure while infectious endocarditis mainly involves the valves failure in early and middle terms after surgery. The mode of valve failure in the patients ≤60 years old is different from that in the patients >60 years old at the time of implantation. More calcification would occur in bioprosthetic valve in the younger patients.

[Effect of prostate volume on the peripheral nerve block anesthesia in prostate biopsy].
To evaluate the anesthetic efficacy of periprostatic nerve block in transrectal ultrasound(TRUS) guided biopsy on different prostate volume. ⋯ Compared with local anesthesia, ultrasound guided prostate peripheral nerve block anesthesia has great analgesic effect and high safety, but for patients with a large prostate volumethe analgesic effect is inefficiency.

[Clinical amalysis of left subclavian artery revascularization by stented trunk fenestration for acute Stanford type A aortic dissection].
To summarize the results and methods of left subclavian artery revascularization by stented trunk fenestration for acute Stanford type A aortic dissection. ⋯ For acute Stanford type A aortic dissection whose origin of the left subclavian artery is in the true lumen and no dissection existed near the artery's starting, the left subclavian artery revascularization by stented trunk fenestration technique during total arch replacement combined with stented elephant trunk implantation is reliable and effective.
