[Hybrid treatment of aortic arch disease with ascending aorta to carotid artery revascularization and subsequent endovascular repair].
To summarize the experience of treating aortic arch disease with ascending aorta to carotid artery revascularization and subsequent endovascular repair. ⋯ Ascending aorta to carotid artery revascularization with subsequent endovascular repair is suitable for high risk aortic arch pathology patients in poor general condition with little tolerance to aortic arch replacement.

To summarize the clinical characteristics of severe lumbar dysplastic spondylolisthesis, and to investigate the effectiveness of the posterior surgery including decompression, partial reduction with instrumentations and interbody fusion. ⋯ In patients with severe lumbar dysplastic spondylolisthesis, isolated posterior decompression, reduction with internal fixation may lead to a satisfactory clinical outcomes. Surgical reduction is helpful to improve the interbody contact area, thus possibly improve the fusion rate. At the same time, reduction may reduce or correct the lumbar-sacral kyphosis, recover the normal lumbar lordosis and normal sagittal alignment with an excellent cosmetic result. The incidence of the postoperative nerve impairment is high because of the stretching of L5 nerve roots secondary to the reduction, but most of the patients with postoperative nerve impairment may recover gradually.

[Effect of intervertebral disc degeneration on spinal flexibility in patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis].
To investigate degenerative changes of the intervertebral disc and their impact on spinal flexibility in patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis (DLS). ⋯ The degree of intervertebral disc degeneration is closely correlated with spinal flexibility in DLS. The more the disc degeneration is, the worse the spinal flexibility becomes.

[The clinical application value of dual source CT quantification volume imaging to forecast lung cancer patients' postoperative pulmonary function changing: a prospective study].
To probe the clinical application and value of dual source CT quantification volume imaging to forecast lung cancer patients' postoperative pulmonary function changing. ⋯ It is feasible to use dual source CT quantification volume imaging to predict lung cancer patients' postoperative pulmonary function alteration, which can provide precise predictive value of these patients. CT quantification volume imaging technology has important clinical application value.

[Complications and prophylaxis strategies of posterior hemivertebra resection for congenital scoliosis].
To evaluate the surgical outcomes and related complications of posterior hemivertebra resection with transpedicular instrumentation in the treatment of congenital scoliosis caused by fully-segmented non-incarcerated hemivertebra. ⋯ Posterior hemivertebra resection with transpedicular instrumentation is a safe and effective procedure for congenital scoliosis patients.Neurological complication is rare, but implant-related complication still remains a challenge.
