[The significance of lumbar MRI in the diagnosis of recurrented lumbar disc herniation after surgery].
To retrospectively evaluate the clinical evaluation of preoperative lumbar T2 sagittal MRI image in predicting the recurrent lumbar disc herniation (RLDH). ⋯ Preoperative lumbar MRI image may suggest the possibility of the recurrence lumbar disc herniation.Light disc degeneration is an important risk factor for recurrent disc herniation, and the time interval between primary surgery and the recurrence is positively correlated with severity of disc degeneration.

[A single-center retrospective study on the intraluminal implantation of inferior vena cava filter for the lower extremity trauma patients with deep venous thrombosis].
To evaluate the application of inferior vena cava filter (IVCF) in prevention of peri-operative pulmonary embolism (PE) in lower limb bone fracture patients with deep venous thrombosis (DVT). ⋯ IVCF implantation effectively prevents symptomatic and fatal PE of patients of lower limb and pelvic fractures with DVT in the peri-operative period.

[The optimal insertion position of the lumbar interspinous dynamic stabilization device (Coflex): a biomechanical evaluation].
To evaluate the optimal insertion position of the Coflex lumbar interspinous dynamic stabilization device. ⋯ The insertion of Coflex interspinous dynamic stabilization device can maintain the stability of a partially destabilized specimen back to an intact one in flexion, extension and axial rotation when distance between apex of U-shaped Coflex and dural sac was ≤ 5 mm, but can't return the stability in lateral bending. The Coflex can't return the stability of a partially destabilized specimen back to an intact one in 6 directions when distance between apex of U-shaped Coflex and dural sac was ≥ 10 mm.

Comparative Study[Clinical research of aortic valve replacement in small aortic annulus].
To compare the effect aortic valve replacement(AVR) combined with aortic root enlargement and simple St.Jude Regent AVR in small aortic annulus patients. ⋯ For small aortic annulus AVR patient, 19 mm and larger St.Jude Regent prosthetic valves may produce satisfied hemodynamic, otherwise, aortic root enlargement is recommended.

[The clinical diagnosis and treatment of blood-blister-like cerebral aneurysms in supra-clinoid segment of internal carotid artery].
To study the clinical characteristics, surgical principles and treatment options of blood-blister-like cerebral aneurysms in supra-clinoid segment of internal carotid artery. ⋯ Blood-blister-like aneurysm is a special type of complex cerebral aneurysm. Comprehensive understanding of blood-blister-like aneurysm is the key to successful treatment.Open surgery is difficult procedure with high risk and complications while stent-assisted coiling has a high recurrent rate. To date, neither is the safe and effective treatment option.
