Meta Analysis Comparative Study[Comparison of the cardioprotection between crystalloid and blood cardioplegia in adult patients undergoing cardiac surgery: a meta-analysis].
To compare the cardioprotection effect between blood and crystalloid cardioplegia during cardiac surgery in adult patients, and provide a theoretical basis for optimal myocardial protection strategies. ⋯ The blood cardioplegia is no difference with crystalloid cardioplegia in adult patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

[Retrospective study of complication of interspinous implants for degenerative lumbar disease].
To summarize and analyze the complications of interspinous implants for degenerative lumbar disease. ⋯ The application of interspinous implants for degenerative lumbar diseases is effective and relative safe, but would suffer from the risk of complications.

[Local application of tranexamic acid reduces blood less in unilateral total knee arthroplasty: a retrospective comparison analysis].
To investigate the efficacy and safety of tranexamic acid in patients who receiving unilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA). ⋯ The local application of tranexamic acid intraoperatively in unilateral TKA patients could significantly reduce the amounts of postoperative blood loss and blood transfusion to avoid TKA patients' perioperative anemia-related complications. It is also safe, ecnomic and easy to use during surgery.

[The analysis of prognostic factors in patients with thoracic ossification of the ligamentum flavum and thoracic ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament by posterior decompression].
To investigate the prognostic factors for patients with thoracic ossification of the ligamentum flavum (OLF) and thoracic ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL). ⋯ Patients with ossification on the upper section of thoracic have a better prognosis, but the beaked localized longitudinal ligament ossification in patients and associated with preoperative dysfunction show a poor prognosis, combined jumping segmental ossification and cervical or lumbar severe disorders are the influencing factor for poor prognosis.

Meta Analysis[Effect of perioperative glucose-insulin-potassium infusions on the prognosis in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting: a meta-analysis].
To assess the effect of perioperative glucose-insulin-potassium (GIK) infusions on the prognosis in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. ⋯ GIK significantly reduces myocardial injury and improves cardiac function in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting, but also increases the incidence of postoperative atrial fibrillation.
