[Effect of decompression in different time on hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism of porcine model with severe acute pancreatitis combined intra-abdominal hypertension].
To assess the effect of decompression in different time on systemic hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism in a 24 h lasting porcine model of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) incorporating intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH). ⋯ There are remarkable and relatively irreversible effects on global hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism in response to the decompression in different time after sustained IAH with the underlying condition of SAP. The results of this study are in favor of a decompression in patients of SAP with IAH in early time.

[Awake craniotomy and intraoperative language cortical mapping for eloquent cerebral glioma resection: preliminary clinical practice in 3.0 T intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging integrated surgical suite].
To evaluate preliminary clinical experience for combining awake craniotomy and intraoperative language brain mapping within the integrated 3.0 T intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging (iMRI) suite. ⋯ Awake craniotomy and direct cortical electrical stimulation can be performed safely and effectively within a 3.0 T iMRI suite. The combination of high-field iMRI and awake craniotomy may facilitate safe removal of eloquent glioma.

[Functional neuro-navigation and intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging for the resection of gliomas involving eloquent language structures].
To explore the clinical value of functional neuro-navigation and high-field-strength intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging (iMRI) for the resection of intracerebral gliomas involving eloquent language structures. ⋯ With functional neuro-navigation and iMRI, the eloquent structures for language can be precisely located, while the resection size can be accurately evaluated intra-operatively. This technique is safe and helpful for preservation of language function.

[High-field intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging suite with neuronavigation system: implementation and preliminary experience in the pituitary adenoma operation with transsphenoidal approach].
To review the preliminary clinical experience with high-field-strength intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging (iMRI) suite with neuronavigation system in the pituitary adenoma operation with transsphenoidal approach. ⋯ High-field-strength iMRI suite with neuronavigation system provides valuable information of tumor resection that allows intraoperative modification of the surgical strategy. It could be very helpful to maximize the resection of the pituitary adenoma and minimize the injury to neurological function.

Case Reports[Both the medial and lateral meniscal allograft transplantation following the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction by arthroscopic surgical technique].
To discuss the minimal invasive arthroscopic surgery technique and clinical results of both the medial and lateral meniscal transplantation following the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with double bundles and bone tunnels. ⋯ Both the medial and lateral meniscal transplantation following the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in appropriately selected patients with the medial and lateral meniscus-deficient knee may recover the knee mechanic balance and stability, which is a option of treatment for that young and activity patients. It is proposed that the medial and lateral meniscal grafts harvested from a single donator. Attention should be paid to the direction of the bone tunnels fixing the horns of the meniscus in order to avoid communication with the tunnels of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
