Meta Analysis[A meta-analysis of the effectiveness and safety of using tranexamic acid in spine surgery].
To assess the effectiveness and safety of using tranexamic acid (TXA) in reducing blood loss in spine surgery through a meta-analysis. ⋯ This meta-analysis indicates that the use of TXA infusion for patients undergoing spine surgery is effective in reducing total blood loss, transfusion volumes and the rate of transfusion, yet doesn't raise the risk of postoperative DVT.

Comparative Study[Prognosis of different operative procedures of coronary artery bypass grafting in the senile patients].
To investigate myocardial protection and prognosis of the different operative procedures of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) for the senile patients with coronary artery disease. ⋯ Off-pump CABG could reduce myocardial injury and the complications during perioperative period in the senile patients.

[Evaluation of the role of combined TES-MEP and CSEP monitoring during the spinal surgery].
To evaluate of the role of transcranial electrical stimulation motor evoked potential (TES-MEP) in combination with cortical somatosensory evoked potential (CSEP) monitoring during the spinal surgery. ⋯ The precision of monitoring motor function of spinal cord with TES-MEP is higher than that with CSEP, however, for sensory function, CSEP is more precise. The sensitivity and precision of combined monitoring for spinal cord function were apparently better than that of unitary TES-MEP or CSEP. The combined TES-MEP and CSEP monitoring is a relatively ideal method.

Clinical Trial[Catheter-directed foam sclerotherapy of incompetent saphenous reflux: early results].
To describe observation of availability of catheter-directed foam sclerotherapy for the great saphenous vein varicosis. ⋯ The use of an endovascular catheter inserted percutaneously over a guidewire is feasible in most patients and has resulted in high primary occlusion rates.

[The treatment of knee joint peripheral fractures and/or dislocations with vascular injury].
To investigate the effect and influence factors on knee joint peripheral fractures and/or dislocations with an associated vascular injury through retrospectively study. ⋯ The patients of PSI under 10 grades in knee joint peripheral fractures and/or dislocations with an associated vascular injury should been carried out treatment, early definite diagnosis and blood circulation reconstruction are the key factors of successful salvage treatment.
