[Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation for treatment of cardiorespiratory function failure in adult patients].
To explore the experience on venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in adult patients with cardiac failure. ⋯ Early indication, control of complications, and paying attention to the treatment after ECMO support could improve our results with increasing experience.

[The curative effect of 1.8% hypertonic electrolyte glucose solution in enteral resuscitation of burn shock].
To study the resuscitative effect of hypertonic electrolyte glucose solution (HEGS) in enteral resuscitation of burn shock. ⋯ The results indicated that 35%TBSA III degrees burn-injury dogs be resuscitated effectively with 1.8% hypertonic electrolyte-glucose solution by enteral, which 1/2 volume of an isotonic electrolyte glucose solution.

Meta Analysis[Enteral versus parenteral nutrition after gastrointestinal surgery: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials].
To compare the different prognosis between enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) in patients after gastrointestinal surgery (GIS), and to investigate a reasonable regimen of enteral nutrition (EN) after GIS. ⋯ There is no advantage in treating patients 'nil by mouth' after gastrointestinal surgery. It indicated that early commencement of enteral feeding is beneficial.

[Outcome of surgery for interrupted aortic arch combined cardiac anomaly].
To retrospectively review the experience in repair of interrupted aortic arch (IAA) and associated cardiac anomaly. ⋯ One-stage repair through median sternotomy using selective cerebral perfusion or deep hypothermia and low flow can be applied to most of the cases with associated cardiac anomaly.

[Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support in acute cardiorespiratory function failure patients after cardiac surgery].
To investigate the treatment experience of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support after cardiac surgery. ⋯ ECMO is an effective mechanical assistance method for short-term treatment of postoperative cardiorespiratory failure. Indication should be controlled strictly. Earlier institution of ECMO and prevent complication may improve outcome.
