[The diagnosis and treatment of rotational unstable nonunion of femoral shaft fracture after interlocking nailing].
To evaluate the principle and treatment of rotational unstable nonunion of the femoral shaft fracture after interlocking nailing. ⋯ Rotational instability is one of the reasons of nonunion of femoral shaft fracture after interlocking nailing. Reaming and nail exchanging or LCP fixation with iliac bone graft are the appropriate methods which can achieve a great clinic results.

[Nuclear factor kappa B impairs insulin signaling pathway in skeletal muscle cells of rat with sepsis].
To investigate the effects of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappaB) on insulin signaling in skeletal muscle cells of rat with sepsis. ⋯ There is no inflammatory cell infiltrate in skeletal muscle cells with sepsis. But the activity of NF-kappaB in skeletal muscle cells is obviously enhanced, and it is closely related with disorder of insulin signaling in skeletal muscle cells of rat with sepsis.

[Clinical anatomic study of internal fixation of acetabular posterior column plate technique].
To study the best entry points, direction and length of screw in acetabular posterior column plate technique, and to prevent the serious complications of screw penetrating the joint surface. ⋯ On lateral 1/4 region, lateral-middle 1/4 region, medial-middle 1/4 region and medial 1/4 region, screw posterior column angle is 40 degrees to 60 degrees , 60 degrees to 75 degrees , 75 degrees to 90 degrees , 90 degrees to parallel to the quadrilateral plate, and the length of the screw is 30 mm.

[The impact of preoperative biliary drainage on surgical morbidity in hilar cholangiocarcinoma patients].
To evaluate the impact of preoperative biliary drainage on surgical morbidity in hilar cholangiocarcinoma patients underwent surgery. ⋯ Preoperative biliary drainage could alleviate liver injury due to hyperbilirubin, but it could not decrease the surgical morbidity and postoperative mortality. Concomitant hepatectomy and Bismuth-Corlette classification were independent risk factors linked to surgical risks.
