[Relationship between the operation time of multiple fractures with system inflammation changes and clinical outcomes].
To investigate the relationship between the operation time of femur shaft fracture with post-operation system inflammation changes and clinical outcomes for those multiple fractures. ⋯ The early intramedullary nail fixation of femur shaft fracture in multiple fractures may lead to a significant system inflammation changes, and may develop the subclinical changes of multiple organs. However, these changes are less in those surgery procedures later performed, namely intramedullary nail fixation of femur shaft fracture in multiple fractures as a primary definitive treatment has a potential risk, and should be carefully evaluated.

[Correlation between high intensity zone on MRI and positive pain response on lumbar discography in the diagnosis of discogenic low back pain].
To study correlation between high intensity zone (HIZ) of lumbar disc and positive pain response on lumbar discography for the diagnosis and treatment of discogenic low back pain. ⋯ HIZ on lumbar MRI only can be a filtrated and suggestive image sign and can not replace discography in the diagnosis and treatment of discogenic low back pain.

[Early-stage bacterial infection following orthotopic liver transplantation in patients over 60 years old].
To summarize the pathogenic characteristics of bacterial infection and analyze the risk factors after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) in patients over 60 years of age. ⋯ The old patients that have undergone OLT are susceptible to bacterial infection. Bacterial infections are associated with high rate of mortality and multidrug resistance. Eliminating various risk factors can reduce the incidence of bacterial infection.

[Analysis of anesthetic methods for tracheal resection and reconstruction with artificial trachea: a report of 25 cases].
To analyze and discuss the anesthetic methods and processes for the operations including long-segment resection of the trachea and one-stage anastomosis or reconstruction with artificial trachea. ⋯ The mortality of anesthesia for tracheal operation are quite high. Therefore, individual treatment with carefully-designed anesthetic and operative protocol, and good communications and cooperation between anesthesiologists and surgeons is the key factor for the success of anesthesia and operation.
