[Combined segmental resection osteotomy with dual axial rotation correction, fixation and fusion for the treatment of severe angular kyphosis].
To design a new surgical correction and fixation technique for the treatment of severe angular kyphosis, observe the feasibility, safety and effectiveness of the technique. ⋯ Segmental resection osteotomy with dual axial rotation correction and fusion technique is an effective way to treat severe angular kyphosis. It is a safe technique and has high correction rate. The long-term results is acceptable.

[Determination of painful vertebrae treated by kyphoplasty in multiple-level vertebral compression fractures].
To explore how to determine painful vertebrae treated by kyphoplasty in multiple-level osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and clinical outcome. ⋯ The painful vertebra can be determined by signal intensity changes in MR series images in multiple-level osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Selecting painful vertebrae to be treated by kyphoplasty can make patients with multiple-level VCFs gain an excellent result.

To study the clinical effect of combination of mesencephalotomy with bilateral anterior cingulotomy, and destroy spinal cord dorsal root entry zone (DREZ) treatment for phantom limb pain (PLP). ⋯ The cooperation of mesencephalotomy and bilateral anterior cingulotomy, DREZ lesion are effective methods for relieving PLP. DREZ lesion has a good long-term effect.

[Thoracic scoliosis following anterior and posterior instrumentation and fusion].
To quantify the changes of the spatial relations between the vertebral body and the thoracic aorta in main right thoracic adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) following anterior and posterior instrumentation and fusion. ⋯ Under anterior instrumentation and correction, the aorta moved anteromedially toward vertebral body on CT scanning. The factors contributing to the aorta shifting included releasing of aorta from vertebrae, vertebral derotation and curve correction.

[Endovascular stent-grafts for the treatment of isolated iliac artery aneurysms: a report of 14 cases].
To evaluate the efficacy of endovascular repair (EVR) for isolated iliac artery aneurysms (II AA). ⋯ Endovascular repair of isolated iliac artery aneurysms is a minimally invasive, safe and feasible technique and provides good short-term patency. Long-term patency is followed.
