[Study on monocyte HLA-DR expression in critically ill patients after surgery].
To explore the HLA-DR expression on CD14(+) monocyte in peripheral blood of critically ill patients after surgery and observe its relationship with prognosis of patients. ⋯ In critically ill patients after surgery, the decreased HLA-DR expression on CD14(+) monocyte in peripheral blood on day 1 after entered ICU could not be regarded as a prognostic parameter, but it is significative to monitor the increased expression of HLA-DR on CD14(+) monocyte for evaluating the 28 d prognosis.

[Diagnosis and treatment of odontoid fracture combined with lower cervical spinal injury].
To investigate the mechanism, clinical features and treatment of odontoid fracture combined with lower cervical spinal injury. ⋯ The incidence of odontoid fracture combined with lower cervical spinal injury is about 10.5% of the odontoid fracture, and it is vulnerable in the elderly patient with cervical spondylarthrosis. MRI should be used routinely for accurate diagnosis. Surgical stabilization is the choice of treatment due to facilitating early rehabilitation and reducing the complications. The surgical schedule is planned according to the fact of neurological involvement and the extent of stability between the odontoid fracture and lower cervical spinal injury.

Randomized Controlled Trial[One-day bowel preparation with sodium phosphate prior to colorectal surgery: a prospective, randomized, controlled clinical trial].
To investigate the feasibility and safety of one-day bowel preparation for colorectal surgery. ⋯ One-day bowel preparation with sodium phosphate is a safe and reliable method for colorectal surgery. The shortening of preparation time can reduce the degrees of uncomfortable feeling and disruptions of intestinal micro-ecology and barrier.

[Function magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor tractography in patients with brain gliomas involving motor areas: clinical application and outcome].
To explore the role of preoperative blood oxygen level dependent (BOLD) functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and diffusion tensor tractography (DTT) to identify the relationship between motor cortical area, pyramidal tracts with brain gliomas in neurosurgical treatment of intraoperative electrical stimulation for gliomas involving motor areas at 3T. ⋯ BOLD-fMRI and DTT could non-invasively localize the relationship between brain motor cortex, pyramidal tracts and brain gliomas in vivo to optimize the surgical planning, guide the microsurgery under anaesthesia retaining consciousness using intraoperative motor functional brain mapping with the method of direct electrical stimulations and remove brain tumors as far as possible in the case of eloquent areas and sub-cortical important white matters preservation.
