[The risk factors and preventions in keyhole minimally invasive approaches of intracranial aneurysms].
To evaluate the risk factors and study the methods of prevention and treatment for the ruptures of aneurysms in keyhole minimally invasive approaches. ⋯ Keyhole approaches as a time-saving, trauma-reducing procedure could improve the postoperative outcomes, but these approaches still exist probability of aneurysm rupture. It is possible that keyhole-bone flap becomes a limitation to deal with huge or ruptured aneurysms. And it is important to make a specially preventive strategy for aneurysm rupture.

[The potential mechanism on signal transduction pathway in regulation of mRNA expression of high mobility group box-1 protein in septic rats].
To investigate the potential role of Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK/STAT) pathway in regulation of gene expression of high mobility group box-1 protein (HMGB1) in various tissues in rats with sepsis. ⋯ Peritoneal infection could extensively activate STAT1 and limitedly activate STAT3 in vital organs. Activation of JAK/STAT pathway might be involved in up-regulating the gene expression of HMGB1 and systemic inflammation secondary to severe septic challenge.

Comparative Study[Comparison percutaneous cervical disc nucleoplasty and cervical discectomy for the treatment of cervical disc herniation].
To compare the therapeutic effect of percutaneous cervical disc nucleoplasty (PCN group) and percutaneous cervical discectomy (PCD group) for the treatment of cervical disc herniation. ⋯ PCN and PCD for the treatment of cervical disc herniation achieves good outcomes and no difference on the stability of cervical spine. PCN and PCD is a safe, minimally invasive, short time of operation, less traumatic operation and excellent clinical outcome.

[New type spinal osteotomy with cage inserting anteriorly and closing posteriorly to correct thoracolumbar kyphosis by a single posterior approach].
To evaluate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of surgical correction of thoracolumbar kyphosis, using the new type spinal osteotomy with cage inserting into the intervertebral gap anteriorly and closing posteriorly by a single posterior approach. ⋯ The new type spinal osteotomy with cage inserting anteriorly and closing posteriorly by a single posterior approach was a safe, reliable and effective surgical procedure for the treatment of the thoracolumbar kyphosis with the Cobb angle from 40 degrees to 90 degrees. Compared with the other common spinal wedge osteotomies, the deformation danger, such as hanging down, kinking or dural buckling could be effectively prevented, a better correction rate is also achieved significantly with this new type procedure.
