[Initial application of brain protection device in dilatation and stenting of carotid and vertebral artery stenosis].
To report the initial application of brain protection device in the dilatation and stenting of atherosclerotic stenosis of the carotid and vertebral artery. ⋯ Brain protection device is helpful to decrease the embolic complication caused by atherosclerotic plaque and thromboembolus and to increase the security of interventional therapy, during the dilatation and/or stenting of stenosis of the carotid or vertebral artery.

Comparative Study[Comparison of perioperative myocardial injury between off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and conventional coronary artery bypass grafting].
To compare the perioperative release levels of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) between off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCAB) or conventional coronary artery bypass grafting (CCABG) in an attempt to detect myocardial injury. ⋯ Compared with CCABG, OPCAB may achieve similar outcomes; it reduces transfusion volume and creates less myocardial injury.

[Surgical treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis associated with unstable degenerative spondylolisthesis].
To assess surgical treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis associated with unstable degenerative spondylolisthesis. ⋯ Complete decompression and bone graft fusion are the key to treatment. Decompression and internal fixation improve the symptoms of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis associated with spondylolisthesis. Transpedicle instrumentation can reduce spondylolisthesis and maintain the physical curve of the lumbar.

To study lung protection by perfusion with hypothermic protective solution to the pulmonary artery during total correction of tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). ⋯ Perfusion with hypothermic protective solution to the pulmonary artery in CPB could reduce lung injury during the total correction of TOF.
