Review[Advances in the research of laser Doppler perfusion imaging in burn wounds].
Laser Doppler perfusion imaging (LDPI) works through the Doppler effect of light wave, and it could depict the blood flow value of the entire wound in two-dimensional image without contacting the detection site directly. In resent years, LDPI has been proved to be effective to evaluate healing potential of a wound, and to predict burn depth and scar formation. ⋯ However, there are still many influencing factors for the clinical application of LDPI scanning. This paper presents a comprehensive overview of advances in the research of LDPI for clinical application in the care of burn wounds and influencing factors for accurate scanning.

Review[Advances in the research of the role of mesenchymal stem cell in wound healing].
Wound healing is a dynamic and complicated process, which generally takes three overlapping phases: inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. If wounds complicated by severe trauma, diabetes, vascular dysfunction disease, or a massive burn injury failed to pass through the three normal phases of healing, they might end up as chronic and refractory wounds. ⋯ MSCs can be recruited into wound and differentiated into wound repair cells, as well as promote wound healing by exerting functions like anti-inflammation, anti-apoptosis, and neovascularization. This review focuses on the role and mechanism of MSCs in each phase of the wound healing process.

[Effects of vacuum sealing drainage combined with irrigation of oxygen loaded fluid on chronic wounds in diabetic patients].
To evaluate the therapeutic effects of VSD combined with irrigation of oxygen loaded fluid on chronic wounds in diabetic patients. ⋯ VSD + OLI is effective in reducing drainage tube blockage, removing necrotic tissue and bacteria, ameliorating ischemia and hypoxia of wound tissue, providing fresh wound bed for wound healing, and improving skin or flap graft survival rates.

[Effects of sivelestat on acute lung injury in dogs with severe burn-blast combined injury].
To observe and study the effects of sivelestat on acute lung injury in dogs with severe burn-blast combined injury. ⋯ Sivelestat, especially in a high dose, exerts a protective effect in acute lung injury after burn-blast combined injury through improving the index of blood gas analysis, ameliorating pulmonary edema, and lowering the production of pro-inflammatory mediators.

[Effects of mouse adipose-derived stem cell conditioned medium on the apoptosis of keratinocytes induced by thermal injury in vitro].
To investigate the effects of mouse adipose-derived stem cell conditioned medium (ADSC-CM) on apoptosis of keratinocytes (human epithelial cell line HaCaT) induced by thermal injury in vitro. ⋯ 100% xenogeneic ADSC-CM can suppress apoptosis of HaCaT cells induced by thermal injury through regulating the expression of Bcl-2 and caspase-3, and accelerate cell cycle progression by ameliorating the retardation of cell growth in G2/M phase, and all these effects may give rise to some potential in the treatment of burn wounds at early stage.
