[Effect of donor CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells on hematopoietic and immune reconstitution, GVHD and disease-free survival after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation].
To observe the effect of donor CD4+;CD25+; regulatory T cells (TReg) on hematopoietic reconstitution, immune reconstitutuion and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). ⋯ Donor TReg may promote immunological reconstitution and TReg reconstitution, and decrease the incidence of acute GVHD after allo-HSCT.

[Optic radiation in normal adults: a study using magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging and diffusion tensor tractography].
To study the fractional anisotropy (FA) and the architecture of the optic radiation fiber tracts of normal adults with magnetic resonance (MR) diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). ⋯ As a novel method to study the relationship between visual function and optic pathway, DTI and DTT can show the FA and architecture of the optic radiation.

[Analysis of the risk factors of pulmonary fungal infections related to mechanical ventilation and prognosis of the patients].
To investigate the risk factors of pulmonary fungal infections related to mechanical ventilation and the prognosis of patients. ⋯ Pulmonary fungal infection associated to mechanical ventilation is often the results of presence of multiple risk factors, and early identification of these factors for timely antifungal treatment may improve the prognostics of the patients and help reduce the mortality rate.

[Effects of hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection in treatment of acute intracranial hypertension complicated by hemorrhagic shock in dogs].
To observe the effect of hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection (HSH) in treatment of acute intracranial hypertension complicated by hemorrhagic shock in dogs, and explore the mechanism of the effects of HSH. ⋯ In dogs with acute intracranial hypertension and hemorrhagic shock, HSH can effectively resuscitate hemorrhagic shock and decrease ICP, and the effect is longer-lasting than that of HS.

[Biodistribution of (18)F-NaF as an imaging agent in osteoporotic rats for position emission tomography].
To investigate the biodistribution of (18)-NaF as an imaging agent for position emission tomography (PET) in rat models of osteoporosis. ⋯ (18)-NaF is an excellent skeletal imaging agent for clinical skeletal blood flow and metabolism measurements. The uptake of (18)-NaF has significant difference between normal and osteoporotic bone tissues, indicating the value of (18)-NaF PET for study of osteoporosis.
