Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparison of levobupivacaine, ropivacaine and racemic bupivacaine in patient-controlled epidural analgesia after cesarean section].
To compare efficacy and side effects of patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) with levobupivacaine, ropivacaine and racemic bupivacaine after cesarean section. ⋯ PCEA with 0.125% levobupivacaine and morphine 20 microg/ml produces better analgesic effect with little side effects after cesarean section.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with sufentanil and fentanyl after thoracotomy: a comparative study].
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sufentanil and fentanyl at equivalent dose for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) after thoracotomy. ⋯ PCIA with sufentanil provides better efficacy of analgesia and sedation with lower incidence of nausea and vomiting than with fentanyl in postoperative patients with thoracotomy.

[Establishment of a rat model of severe heatstroke complicated with endotoxemia].
To establish a rat model of heatstroke complicated by endotoxemia for studying the pathogenesis of severe heatstroke. ⋯ The rat model established by LPS injection and heat stress can successfully mimic the development of severe heatstroke after LPS challenge and heat stress, and provides a suitable model for studying the primordial role of the lungs in the pathogenesis of severe heatstroke.

[Expression, structure prediction and functional analysis of murine single-chain fragment variable antibody against human cervical cancer].
To amplify and express the gene encoding murine single-chain fragment variable (scFv) antibody against human cervical cancer and predict the secondary structure and three-dimensional structure of the antibody. ⋯ The soluble and phage displayed scFv antibody expressed in E. coli against human cervical cancer shows high and specific affinity to the cervical cancer cell line surface-associated antigen. The construction and analysis of the molecular model of the antibody may facilitate further studies in engineering of the antibody and exploration of the mechanism of the antigen-antibody interaction.
