[Transcription of protein arginine N-methyltransferase genes in mouse dorsal root ganglia following peripheral nerve injury].
To investigate the changes in the transcription of protein arginine methylation enzyme family genes in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) following peripheral nerve injury in mice. ⋯ Periphery nerve injury induces Carm1 upregulation and Prmt8 downregulation in the injured DRG in mice, which sheds light on new targets for treatment of neuropathic pain.

To obtain high?quality low?dose CT images using total generalized variation regularization based on the projection data for low?dose CT reconstruction. ⋯ The proposed method can effectively suppress noise and strip artifacts in low?dose CT images when piecewise constant assumption is not possible.

To compare the safe duration of apnea and intubation time between face mask ventilation with air and 100% oxygen during induction of general anesthesia. ⋯ Anesthesia induction without preoxygenation can provide sufficient time for experienced anesthesiologists to complete tracheal intubation.

To study the protective effect of dexmedetomidine against perioperative inflammation and on pulmonary function in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer. ⋯ Anesthesia with dexmedetomidine in lung cancer patients undergoing radical surgery can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of the lungs and protect the lung function of the patients.

[Effect of dexmedetomidine postconditioning on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and inflammatory response in diabetic rats].
To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine postconditioning in alleviating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury and inflammation in diabetic mellitus rats. ⋯ Dexmedetomidine postconditioning may produce a cardioprotective effect against myocardial IR injury in normal rats by alleviating inflammation, but can not reduce the release of inflammatory mediators in diabetic rats to improve myocardial infarction.
