Randomized Controlled Trial
[Impacts of acupuncture on blood pressure and hematoma in patients of cerebral hemorrhage at the early stage].
To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage at the early stage. ⋯ There is no peak of blood pressure rising, and the continuous hemorrhagic volume is less in 24 h and neurological deficit score is improved in the acupuncture group. Acupuncture brings the positive significance in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage at the early stage.

Randomized Controlled Trial
[Effects of assisted-electroacupuncture on recovery of fast tracking anesthesia in mPCNL].
To compare the effects on anesthesia recovery between assisted-electroacupuncture fast tracking anesthesia and simple fast tracking anesthesia in patients with minim ally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mPCNL). ⋯ The assisted-electroacupuncture anesthesia could reduce the dosage of remifentanil and sevoflurane in mPCNL fast tracking anesthesia in urinary surgery, reduce the incidences of nausea, vomiting, chill and irritation of urethral catheters during recovery stage, and prompt recovery of mPCNL patients.

Randomized Controlled Trial
[Clinical research on fire filiform needle combined with mild moxibustion for postherpetic neuralgia].
To compare efficacy differences between fire filiform needle combined with mild moxibustion and gabapentin combined with sham acupuncture for postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). ⋯ The fire filiform needle combined with mild moxibustion could obviously relieve the pain in PHN patients, which has superior immediate analgesia effect and pain relieving time compared with gabapentin, which also has less adverse effects and cheap cost.

Randomized Controlled Trial
[Effects of electroacupuncture preemptive intervention on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids].
To evaluate clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Changqiang (GV 1) and Chengshan (BL 57) 30 min before surgery on postoperative pain and discomforts in patients with mixed hemorrhoids. ⋯ The electroacupuncture at Changqiang (GV 1) and Chengshan (BL 57) 30 min before surgery has effects of preemptive analgesia on postoperative pain for patients with mixed hemorrhoids.

Randomized Controlled Trial
[Impact on the gait time cycle of ischemic stroke in the treatment with yin-yang respiratory reinforcing and reducing needling technique].
To compare the difference in the efficacy on gait time cycle of ischemic stroke between yin-yang respiratory reinforcing and reducing needling technique (yin-yang needling) and the conventional acupuncture. ⋯ Yin-yang respiratory reinforcing and reducing needling technique effectively improves hemiplegic gait movement cycle and walking function in patients of ischemic stroke, which is superior to the conventional acupuncture treatment.
