[Preventive effect of dexmedetomidine on postoperative delirium in elderly patients with oral cancer].
To observe and analyze the preventive effect of dexmedetomidine on postoperative delirium in elderly patients with oral cancer. ⋯ Intravenous dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.2 μg/kg.h for 12 hours after operation in elderly patients with oral cancer can ameliorate postoperative sedation status, reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium, and will not cause postoperative bradycardia, hypotension and other complications.

[A retrospective analysis of 412 cases of malignant tumors in parotid gland].
To summarize the clinical and imaging features of malignant tumors in parotid gland. ⋯ There are diverse pathological types of malignant tumors in parotid gland. The clinical and imaging features are helpful to diagnosis. The accuracy is high in diagnosis of malignant tumors in parotid gland by fine-needle aspiration cytology and frozen section examination.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of dexmedetomidine on emergence agitation after oral and maxillofacial surgery].
To evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine on emergence agitation after oral and maxillofacial surgery. ⋯ Intravenous dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.3 μg/kg can reduce emergence agitation after oral and maxillofacial surgery with safety and efficacy.
