Clinical Outcomes of Moderately Hypofractionated Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy for Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma.
Hypofractionated radiotherapy (HypoRT) has recently been implemented in patients with glioblastoma (GBM) receiving concurrent temozolomide. Lymphopenia during treatment (LDT) is considered an important prognostic factor of clinical outcomes for GBM. We aimed to investigate the outcomes of HypoRT. ⋯ HypoRT with 58.5 Gy in 25 fractions could provide comparable oncologic outcomes and significantly reduce the ALC changes. In addition, HypoRT decreased the LDT. Further investigation should be warranted to suggest the significance of reduced LDT through HypoRT affecting survival outcomes.

Changes in Expenditures of the National Health Insurance of Korea during the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Financial Implications Thereof.
As the number of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients increased rapidly, the Korean government decided to pay most of the related medical expenses with finances from the National Health Insurance (NHI). We aimed to document changes in NHI medical expenses during the COVID-19 pandemic period. We also sought to compare how Japan and Taiwan, neighboring countries with NHI systems, responded to COVID-19 and to discuss policy implications.

Machine-Learning Model for the Prediction of Hypoxaemia during Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography under Monitored Anaesthesia Care.
Hypoxaemia is a significant adverse event during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) under monitored anaesthesia care (MAC); however, no model has been developed to predict hypoxaemia. We aimed to develop and compare logistic regression (LR) and machine learning (ML) models to predict hypoxaemia during ERCP under MAC. ⋯ We established GBM ensemble model and LR model for risk prediction, which demonstrated good potential for preventing hypoxaemia during ERCP under MAC.

Changes in Subjective Outcomes during the Early Period after Septoturbinoplasty.
Septoturbinoplasty is frequently performed to correct nasal obstruction; however, there is still a lack of research on changes in nasal and nose-related symptoms early after septoturbinoplasty. Therefore, we aimed to investigate changes in subjective outcomes within 6 months after septoturbinoplasty. ⋯ These results imply that subjective outcomes and degree of improvement in the first month after septoturbinoplasty can be used as a predictor of the results thereof and for counseling patients about its progress.
