[Expert consensus statement on Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository in treatment of pelvic inflammatory in clinical practice].
Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository is widely used in the treatment of gynecological inflammatory diseases. Long-term clinical application and a certain amount of research evidences show that Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository can alleviate the clinical symptoms of pelvic inflammatory diseases,reduce the recurrence rate,and relieve sequelae,with a better safety and economic characteristics. As a type of nationally protected traditional Chinese medicine and type B medicine included in medical insurance,it has been selected as a Chinese patent medicine for rectal administration. ⋯ The expert consensus is mainly formed in the consideration of six factors: quality of evidence,economy,efficacy,adverse reactions,patient acceptability and others. Based on clinical research evidences and expert experience,this consensus provides a preliminary reference for the clinical use of the drug in a concise and clear format. However,evidence-based support is still required in a large number of high-quality studies,and this consensus will be revised in the future according to new clinical problems and the update of evidence-based evidence in practical application.

[Technical specification of expert consensus statement in developing clinical practice guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine].
The formation of expert consensus statement is an indispensable part in the process of developing clinical practice guidelines. The Guidelines International Network believes that experts make group decisions for different stages and issues,and the process of gathering expert opinions is the process of reaching the consensus. GRADE system also requires that recommendations should be formed based on expert consensus in consideration of the risk and bias,patients' preferences and values,resources and other factors. ⋯ This guide will provide detailed guidance for forming the expert consensus for TCM clinical practice guideline. This guideline has been approved and published by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine( No. T/CACM 1049-2017).

[Opportunities and challenges in development of compound preparations of traditional Chinese medicine: problems and countermeasures in research of ancient classical prescriptions].
As an outstanding representative of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),ancient classical prescriptions carry the profound accumulation of the splendid civilization of Chinese medicine for thousands of years. It is the best part of the great treasure-house of Chinese medicine after thousands of years' training of TCM theory. It condenses the wisdom of all generations of doctors,and as the summary of clinical experience,it is the most brilliant pearl in the treasure house of TCM. ⋯ However,as a " new member" in the national drug research and development system,classic prescriptions have no specific implementation rules although the guidance is given by macro policies,and there is no successful case of research and development according to the registration requirements. Therefore,unified consensus and standards have not yet been formed for some key issues in the process of the development of the classic prescriptions,and much work is still in the exploration stage,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and discussion on these issues. In this paper,the problems in the research process of classical prescriptions were summarized,such as the resources of medicinal materials,the processing of decoction pieces,the prescription dosage,the molding technology and the quality evaluation,and the research strategy was put forward after analysis,hoping to provide a reference for the research and development of classical prescriptions.

[Application of Chinese medicine quality constant in grades evaluation of Moutan Cortex].
There are more and more literature reports about the application of Chinese medicine quality constant in the grading evaluation of Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Chinese medicine quality constant has particularly prominent advantages in comprehensive quantification,so it has become a new method and mode for grading Chinese medicine decoction pieces,highly recognized by the academic circle. In order to determine the effect of Chinese medicine quality constant,a method of grades evaluation for Moutan cortex was established in this paper. 15 batches of samples were collected from Chinese herbal slices enterprises to determine the external morphological indexes and inner quality indexes,calculate the Chinese medicine quality constant of Moutan cortex,and divide them into different grades. ⋯ This research indicated that Chinese quality constant can objectively divide grades of Moutan cortex decoction pieces,providing reference for formulating grades standards. It was also verified from the results that traditional quality evaluation of Moutan cortex was consistent with quality constant,and the connotation of percentage quality constant was elaborated as well. At the same time,it is suggested to establish a third-party Chinese medicine slices rating agency as soon as possible,which is to unify the terminology and provide rating services for the market.

[Study on regulation of NLRP3/SOCS3-TLR4-NF-κB inflammatory pathway by wogonoside to improve hepatic insulin resistance].
This study was to investigate the hypoglycemic effect of wogonoside to improve hepatic insulin resistance( IR) and its relative anti-inflammatory mechanism. The stable IR-Hep G2 cell model was established by the combination of 1×10-9 mol·L-1 insulin and 3. 75×10-6 mol·L-1 dexamethasone for 48 hours. The changes of glucose consumption in IR-Hep G2 cells with different concentrations of wogonoside( 1,5,10,20,50 μmol·L-1) at different time points( 30,36,48,54 h) were detected by glucose oxidase assay to determine the optimal onset time. ⋯ Compared with IR model group,wogonoside not only inhibited the protein expression of inflammatory nuclear transcriptional factors NLRP3,SOCS3,TLR4,NF-κB,but also decreased the expression of downstream inflammatory effect factors IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α． In addition,wogonoside elevated Ob-R,p-IRS2/IRS2,p-PI3 K/PI3 K( p85),p-Akt/Akt and GLUT1/2/4 protein expression,whereas it suppressed leptin expression that was regulated by SOCS3. Wogonoside could promote glucose uptake and increase glycogen content to enhance insulin sensitivity in IR-Hep G2 cells. The hypoglycemic effect may be related to the intervention of NLRP3/SOCS3-TLR4-NF-κB inflammatory pathway and decrease of inflammatory factor expression.
