[Study on effects of different habitat processing methods of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in rats with acute myocardial ischemia].
To investigate the effects of different habitat processing methods of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rats. In this experiment, the tail vein injection of pituitrin was used to induce acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Electrocardiograph(ECG) heart rate and ΔST changes were recorded, and the levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum of rats were detected to comprehensively evaluate the effects of six processing methods of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma on serum biochemical indexes of rats with acute myocardial injury. ⋯ The comprehensive scoring results showed that the highest score was obtained in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma high-dose group with drying in the shade while the scores of other treatment groups were higher than that of the model group. It could be seen that the Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma dried in a drying oven had a good improvement effect on electrocardiograph indexes after acute myocardial injury, the Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma dried in the shade had a good improvement effect on serum myocardial enzymes after acute myocardial injury, and the other processing methods had a certain protective effect on myocardial injury. The six processing methods evaluated by pharmacodynamics showed that the Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma dried in the shade and dried in a drying oven had good efficacy.

Meta Analysis[Systematic review and Meta-analysis on efficacy and safety of Yangxue Qingnao Granules in treatment of migraine].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yangxue Qingnao Granules alone or combined with calcium channel blocker in treatment of migraine. In this study, four Chinese databases(CNKI, VIP, WanFang, CBM), three English databases(Cochrane Library, EMbase, Medline) and clinical trials registration center(ClinicalTrials.gov) were retrieved. The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to January 8, 2020. ⋯ The results showed that the combination of Yang-xue Qingnao Granules can improve the effective rate, reduce the headache frequency, the headache intensity and the headache duration, and had good safety and low incidence of adverse reactions compared with the single calcium channel blocker. However, there was no difference in the effective rate between Yangxue Qingnao Granules alone and calcium channel blocker. In view of the low quality of this study, which affects the reliability of the conclusion, it is necessary to use the conclusion of this study carefully, and more high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to further verify in the future.

[Active components and mechanism of Taohong Siwu Decoction in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology].
This paper aimed to investigate the active components and mechanism of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(PD) based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology. Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP) was used to search the chemical compositions and targets of six herbs in Taohong Siwu Decoction. The targets for PD treatment were selected through the databases of DrugBank, OMIM, TTD and CTD, and gene annotation of the targets was conducted with UniProt database. ⋯ Totally 102 GO terms were obtained by GO functional enrichment analysis(P<0.01), and 228 signal pathways were obtained by KEGG pathway enrichment(P<0.05), mainly involving inflammatory factors, hormone regulation, central analgesia, amino acid metabolism and spasmolysis. The results of molecular docking showed that the main active components can spontaneously bind to the targets. This study preliminarily revealed the mechanism of Taohong Siwu Decoction for treatment of primary dysmenorrheal through multi-components, multi-targets and multi-pathways, providing theoretical references for further researches on mechanism of Taohong Siwu Decoction.

[Study on mechanism of Tibetan medicine Zuomua Decoction in treatment of hypertension based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology].
Hypertension is a kind of chronic cardiovascular system disease caused by a series of factors and carriers dysfunction, which belongs to the category of Tibetan medicine "Chalong disease", and has a high rate of disability and mortality. Zuomua Decoction is a classical Tibetan medicine for Chalong disease, but its mechanism is not clear. Therefore, in this paper we explored the multi-components, multi-targets and multi-channels mechanism of Zuomua Decoction in the treatment of hypertension based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology. ⋯ We obtained 21 key targets, 154 signal pathways, and 382 biological processes in topological, GO, and KEGG enrichment analysis of the protein interaction network, and in the comprehensive analysis, it was found that Zuomua Decoction could reduce blood pressure by regulating renin angiotension aldosterone system, balancing the concentration of intracellular calcium and sodium ions and regulating vasoconstriction and relaxation. ACE, AGTR1, and ADRB2 were used as the carriers for molecular docking study on the components of Zuoma Decoction, and the results showed that the chemical components of Zuomua Decoction had a good binding activity with key targets. The purpose of this study is to provide ideas for the in-depth study of Zuoma Decoction in the treatment of hypertension, and provide scientific basis for its clinical rational application.

[Selection principles and analysis of common prescriptions in clinical practice guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine--case example of migraine].
In this study, common prescriptions were retrieved from existing data in multiple ways to determine the selection principle of common formulas in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical practice guidelines. Taking the selection of common prescriptions in the clinical practice guidelines of TCM for migraine as an example, we searched common prescriptions for migraines from National Essential Medicine List, the National Drug Catalog for Basic Medical Insurance, Work-related Injury Insurance, and Maternity Insurance, Chinese Pharmacopoeia, three teaching materials and two clinical practice guidelines, and we also electronically searched CNKI, VIP, WanFang about famous clinical experience for migraine published from 1990 to 2019. At the same time, 32 prescriptions commonly used by experts in the clinical questionnaire survey were collected to summarize and analyze the TCM clinically applicable syndrome types and medication rules of the included prescriptions and medicines. ⋯ Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Angelicae Dahuricae Radix were the most common Chinese herbs in the prescriptions. Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Angelicae Dahuricae Radix was the most common drug pair for the treatment of migraine. By retrieving the data such as the famous clinical experience and teaching materials, we systematically summarized the prescriptions in the treatment of migraine in this study, which can provide a basis for the selection of traditional Chinese medicines in clinical practice guidelines.
