[Qualitative and quantitative analysis on non-triterpenoids in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus].
In order to improve the quality control level of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus(LLF) and to explore the changes of chemical components after processing,the HPLC method for fingerprint and simultaneous determination of the major polar components in LLF were established. The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the stationary phase,with acetonitrile as the mobile phase A and0. 2% formic acid as the mobile phase B in a gradient elution procedure at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. ⋯ With the same chromatographic conditions,seven components were quantitatively analyzed and the results of system adaptability and methodology investigation all met the requirements of content determination. Compared with the crude LLF,the content of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and salidroside significantly increased in wine-steamed LLF,while the contents of iridoid glycosides generally decreased. The method provided a basis for quality control of LLF and its processed products as well as the related preparations.

[Research rules of famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in treating infertility].
To explore the medication rules of famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in treating infertility based on medical cases of infertility collected from book series of Hundred Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinicians of Hundred Years in China and Prescription Proven by Traditional Chinese Medicine Masters. Researchers extracted the information of prescriptions from these cases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then, Excel 2010, SPSS Clementine(ver.12.0) and SPSS(ver. 22.0) were adopted respectively for frequency analysis, association rules analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis. ⋯ In addition, factor analysis could reflect the therapies for nourishing Yin, tonifying kidney, warming the meridian, dissipating cold, nourishing blood and dispelling blood stasis. These results of analysis comprehensively showed out the medication characteristics of famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine practitioners of strictly following the pathogenesis, making good use of classical formulas and providing proper compatibility. In conclusion, data mining techniques(including frequency analysis, association rules analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis) were used to comprehensively analyze the medication rules of famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in treating infertility, which is helpful for guiding the clinical practice of treating infertility with traditional Chinese medicine.

[Identification and attribution of chemical compounds of Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid].
UPLC-ESI-Orbitrap-MS/MS was used to analyze,identify and attribute the chemical constituents in Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid. The analysis was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm,3.5 μm) with a gradient mobile phase of methanol-0.1% formic solution system at the flow rate of 0.5 m L·min-1. The sample volume was 2 μL. ⋯ Finally,39 compounds,such as rutin,esculetin,gallic acid,caffeic acid,cichoric acid,were identified from Taraxacum mongolicum; 11 compounds,such as baicalin,baicalein,apigenin,chrysin,oroxylin A,were identified from Scutellaria baicalensis; 13 compounds,such as arginine,proline,hypoxanthine,epigoitrin,indirubin,were identified from Isatis indigotica; and 18 compounds,such as dehydrocheilanthifoline,oxysanguinarine,corynoline,protopine,spallidamine,were identified from Corydalis bungeana. After the analysis of chemical model and attribution,the contents of some compounds were high in Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid,such as baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin,apigenin,chrysin,skullcapflavonⅡ,oroxylin A,cichoric acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,esculetin,dehydrocheilanthifoline,dihydrosanguinarine,protopine,corynoline and indirubin. The established method is simple,accurate,rapid,sensitive and reproducible,and thus suitable for the qualitative identification and quantitative determination of Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid,which lays a foundation for the systematic quality control and the establishment of whole-course traceability system of active ingredients.

["Multi-component-multi-target-multi-pathway" mechanism of Kuihua Hugan Tablets based on network pharmacology].
To predict the targets of active ingredients of Kuihua Hugan Tablets by network pharmacology, and explore the "multi-component-multi-target-multi-pathway" hepatoprotective mechanism of action. First, through traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology(TCMSP) and TCM Database@Taiwan Database, main active ingredients of Kuihua Hugan Tablets were screened out based on oral bioavailability(OB), drug-likeness(DL) and effective half-lives(HL). The targets of active ingredients of Kuihua Hugan Tablets were predicted based on the PharmMapper method. ⋯ A total of 26 compounds and 509 potential targets were screened out from Kuihua Hugan Tablets in the experiment. The results of PPI network analysis indicated that albumin(ALB), insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF1), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9), matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP2), non-receptor tyrosine kinase proto-oncogene(SRC), estrogen receptor 1(ESR1) and cancer-signal transduction-inflammation-drugs metabolism-related biological processes and metabolic pathways were closely associated with the active ingredients in Kuihua Hugan Tablets. The effects of Kuihua Hugan Tablets in alleviating chronic hepatitis and early cirrhosis indicated the multi-component, multi-target, and multi-pathway characteristics of traditional Chinese medicines, providing new ideas for further research and development of Kuihua Hugan Tablets.

Meta Analysis[Systematic review of efficacy and safety of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules in treatment of viral influenza].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules in the treatment of viral influenza in order to guide clinical medication. Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) regarding Lianhua Qingwen Capsules for treatment of viral influenza were searched in the CNKI, WanFang, VIP, SinoMed and PubMed. The quality of papers selected based on the inclusion criteria were assessed according to the Cochrane collaboration method and Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software. ⋯ In terms of adverse reactions, the control group was superior to Lianhua Qingwen Capsules, with the incidence of adverse reactions RR=1.54, 95%CI [0.73,3.24], P=0.93. Lianhua Qingwen Capsules has a better therapeutic effect on viral influenza, but the incidence of adverse reactions is high, and its safety must be taken seriously. Given the small number of documents included and the low quality, the efficacy and safety of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules shall be confirmed by more high-quality clinical studies.
