[Impact of epidural anesthesia during delivery on breast feeding].
To explore the influence of epidural anesthesia during delivery on breast feeding. ⋯ Continuous epidural anesthesia and postpartum analgesia are effective and safe with little side effects in pain relief, improving the mental state, and promoting breast feeding. Obvious analgesic effect reduces catecholamine level, promotes prolactin secretion, and benefits the breast feeding.

[Continuous renal replacement therapy for severe acute renal failure].
To estimate the clinical value of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in the treatment of severe acute renal failure (ARF) and identify the factors influencing the patients' prognosis. ⋯ CRRT is one of the effective methods for management of severe ARF patients, especially in those with critical conditions, with better effect than that of IHD. The prognosis of severe ARF patients treated with CRRT can be influenced by the patients' age and disease severity, and the need of vasoactive drugs or mechanical ventilation may help predict the patients' prognosis.

[Effects of ketamine-midazolam anesthesia on focal cerebral ischemic injury in rats].
To compare the effects of anesthesia with ketamine and ketamine-midazolam on focal cerebral ischemic injury in rats and evaluate the neuroprotective effect of ketamine-midazolam anesthesia during surgical procedures. ⋯ Compared with ketamine used alone, anesthesia with the combination of ketamine and midazolam may provide neuroprotection from ischemic cerebral injury by reducing the infarct size and lowering the cell apoptosis rate following MCAO in rats.

Randomized Controlled Trial Clinical Trial[Intravenous propofol combined with fentanyl for anesthesia during ultrasound-guided transvaginal oocyte retrieval].
To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of anesthesia with intravenous propofol combined with fentanyl for ultrasound-guided transvaginal oocyte retrieval. ⋯ Anesthesia with propofol combined with fentanyl may reduce the maintenance dosage of propofol, shorten the time of consciousness recovery during oocyte retrieval with ultrasound guidance, and can be helpful for the patients' early recovery and discharge from hospital.

Randomized Controlled Trial Clinical Trial[Effects of fentanyl on EC50 of ropivacaine for postoperative epidural analgesia after gynecological surgery].
To determine the effect of fentanyl on 50% effective concentration (EC50) of ropivacaine for postoperative epidural analgesia following gynecological surgery. ⋯ EC50 of ropivacaine for postoperative epidural analgesia determined by up-down sequential allocation is 0.098%, which can be decreased by the use of fentanyl.
