[Early-stage hemodynamic changes in dogs with gunshot wound in seawater].
To investigate the hemodynamic changes in the early stages of gunshot wound of dogs in seawater for exploring early treatment protocol. ⋯ Gunshot wound in seawater may cause severe hemodynamic changes, resulting in progressive dysfunction of circulation and high mortality rate. Early treatment should be targeted at hemodynamic stabilization in accordance to the characteristic changes during the early stages of the wound.

[Management of extensive burn accompanying severe inhalation injury].
To review our clinical experiences in the treatment of extensive burn accompanied by severe inhalation injury. ⋯ Fifteen patients (83.3%) were cured and 3 (16.7%) died. The curative rate of extensive burn accompanied by severe inhalation injury can be enhanced by combining various treatments, including early preventive tracheostomy, appropriate tracheobronchial lavage, humidification and application of ambroxol; protective lung ventilation, and administration of growth hormones should be done as early as possible.

[Effect of cooling therapy on the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of rats with the second-degree scald burn in hot and humid environment].
To observe the changes of heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure MAP after immediate cooling therapy (ICT) in rats with superficial second-degree scald burn in hot and humid environment, and assess the effect of the cooling dressing materials. ⋯ Cooling therapy does not affect MAP but efficiently decreases HR, which may prevent further heat injury.

To study the effects of lidocaine on the balance between cerebral oxygen supply-consumption and on the hemodynamics during anesthesia induction in patients with supratentorial tumor. ⋯ Lidocaine does not significantly influence cerebral oxygen balance and may effectively inhibit hemodynamic response during anesthesia induction in patients with supratentorial tumor.

Randomized Controlled Trial Clinical Trial[Clinical study of tacrolimus in postoperative treatment of patients with renal transplantation for diabetic end-stage renal disease].
To compare the efficacy and safety of tacrolimus (FK506)- versus cyclosporine (CsA)-based immunosuppression protocol in the treatment of patients with renal transplantation for diabetic end-stage renal disease. ⋯ Small-dose FK506 therapy with low concentrations is effective in the postoperative management of patients with renal transplantation for diabetic end-stage renal disease, with only mild adverse effect. FK506 is comparable with CsA in terms of the effect on glucose metabolism of the patients.
