What Are the Functional Outcomes After Total Sacrectomy Without Spinopelvic Reconstruction?
After total sacrectomy, many types of spinopelvic reconstruction have been described with good functional results. However, complications associated with reconstruction are not uncommon and usually result in further surgical interventions.
