Comparative StudyMRI combined with PSA density in detecting clinically significant prostate cancer in patients with PSA serum levels of 4∼10ng/mL: Biparametric versus multiparametric MRI.
To compare the performance of biparametric magnetic resonance imaging (bpMRI) to that of multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) in combination with prostate-specific antigen density (PSAD) in detecting clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) in patients with PSA serum levels of 4∼10ng/mL. ⋯ In patients with PSA serum levels of 4∼10ng/mL, bpMRI and bpMRI combined with PSAD achieve better performance than mpMRI in detecting csPCa; bpMRI has a higher specificity than mpMRI, which could decrease unnecessary biopsy, and may serve as a potential alternative to mpMRI to optimize clinical workup.

Treatment of degenerative meniscal tear with intrameniscal injection of platelets rich plasma.
The purpose of this retrospective study was to describe our preliminary results of intra-meniscal administration of platelet rich plasma (PRP) in patients with degenerative meniscal tears of the knee. ⋯ Intra-meniscal administration of PRP under ultrasound guidance directly into meniscal degenerative lesions is feasible and safe. Further randomized controlled studies are needed to definitely confirm the effectiveness of this procedure.

Comparative StudyUnenhanced CT for clinical triage of elderly patients presenting to the emergency department with acute abdominal pain.
The purpose of this study was to compare the diagnostic accuracy and inter-reader agreement of unenhanced computed tomography (CT) to those of contrast-enhanced CT for triage of patients older than 75years admitted to emergency department (ED) with acute abdominal pain (AAP). ⋯ Unenhanced CT alone is accurate and associated with high degrees of inter-reader agreement for clinical triage of patients older than 75years with AAP in the emergency setting.

Artificial intelligence and breast screening: French Radiology Community position paper.
The objective of this article was to evaluate the evidence currently available about the clinical value of artificial intelligence (AI) in breast imaging. Nine experts from the disciplines involved in breast disease management - including physicists and radiologists - convened a meeting on June 3, 2019 to discuss the evidence for the use of this technology in plenary and focused sessions. Prior to the meeting, the group performed a literature review on predefined topics. This paper presents the consensus reached by this working group on recommendations for the future use of AI in breast screening and related research topics.
