Review[The Management of Blood Glucose Should be Emphasized in the Treatment of COVID-19].
Based on the higher mortality and the higher proportion of critically ill adults in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients with diabetes, good inpatient glycemic control is particularly important in the comprehensive treatment of COVID-19. Individualized blood glucose target goals and treatment strategies should be made according to specific circumstances of COVID-19 inpatients with diabetes. ⋯ Due to the rapid changes in the condition of some patients, the risk of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) or hyperglycemic hyperosmolar status (HHS) maybe occur during the treatment. Blood glucose monitoring, dynamic evaluation and timely adjustment of strategies should be strengthened to ensure patient safety and promote early recovery of patients.

Case Reports[Clinical Study and CT Findings of a Familial Cluster of Pneumonia with Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)].
We studied the epidemiological and clinical data collected from a family with 5 people, in which there were 3 family member diagnosed as coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). We found that the first patient in this family had Wuhan city travel history. Close contact in daily life was the route of infection. ⋯ Characteristic imaging changes were found with grass opacity (GGO), consolidation and septal thickening mainly distributed in peripheral and posterior area by thoracic CT scan in the 3 patients. The abnormality in laborotary test included lower white blood cell count, neutrophil count and lymphocyte count，increasing fibrinogen and C-reactive protein，decreasing myohaemoglobin and increasing lactate dehydrogenase. The epidemiological and clinical features could provide quicker diagnosis and better management for the COVID-19 infected patients.

To explore the effect of air pollution and meteorological factors on the outpatient visits. ⋯ Air pollutants may be a risk factor for dermatitis, and relative humidity can reduce the risk of dermatitis.

To investigate the role of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway in autophagy of neurons in hippocampus of sepsis rats. ⋯ Inhibition of p38 MAPK signaling pathway in sepsis rats can further activate autophagy and protect neurons in the hippocampus.

[Three-dimensional Ultrasound Imaging of Coronal Curvature and Vertebral Rotation Changes from Supine to Standing in Patients with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis].
To investigate the gravitational effect on coronal curvature and vertebral rotation using 3-D ultrasound in patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). ⋯ 3-D ultrasound can reveal changes of coronal curvature and vertebral rotation from a supine to a standing posture in patients with AIS, which increase with the severity of AIS. Further studies in large samples are warranted.
