Intracranial aneurysm and arachnoid cyst: just a coincidence? A case report.
Presence of an arachnoid cyst and a non-ruptured intracystic brain aneurysm is extremely rare. The aim of this paper was to describe a case of a patient with an arachnoid cyst and a non-ruptured aneurysm inside it. Clinical, surgical and radiological data were analyzed and the literature was reviewed. ⋯ This report raises awareness about the importance of intracranial vascular investigation in patients with arachnoid cysts and brain hemorrhage.

Projection of new thresholds for hypertension to outpatient clinic patients and impact of risk factors: a cross-sectional study.
The 2017 American College of Cardiology (ACC)/American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines on hypertension management recommend new stage 1 hypertension thresholds (130-139/80-89 mmHg) for starting antihypertensive treatment. ⋯ The factors associated with the definition of hypertension may vary through changing the threshold values.

Relationship between seasons and pregnancy rates during intrauterine insemination. A historical cohort.
The underlying cause of seasonal infertility in humans is unclear, but is likely to be -multifactorial. ⋯ Although the spring group had the highest pregnancy rate, the rates of successful IUI did not differ significantly between the seasonal groups.

Use of mammary adenectomy for breast carcinoma treatment remains controversial. ⋯ Mammary adenectomy is a safe and efficacious procedure for selected patients with early-infiltrating breast carcinoma and results in a high rate of patient satisfaction with the reconstructed breasts.

Although the benefits of physical activity are clear, adherence to physical activity programs is a challenge, especially during transitional phases of life. ⋯ Higher dropout rates from active lifestyles during childhood were observed among girls and adolescents with low cardiorespiratory fitness. Parental inactivity and negative perceptions of friendships were also potential risk factors for discontinuation of childhood physical activity and sports.
