Multicenter StudyPsychosocial impact associated with a multicancer early detection test (PATHFINDER): a prospective, multicentre, cohort study.
PATHFINDER was a prospective cohort study of multicancer early detection (MCED) testing in an outpatient ambulatory population. The aim of this study is to report the patient-reported outcomes (PROs) collected as secondary and exploratory measures in the PATHFINDER study. ⋯ GRAIL.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter StudyPembrolizumab with or without bevacizumab in platinum-resistant recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma: a randomised, open-label, phase 2 trial.
Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is overexpressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and suppresses the anti-tumour immune response. Previous studies have shown that adding anti-VEGF treatment to PD-1 inhibition treatment strategies improves tumour response. We aimed to compare the efficacy of pembrolizumab, a PD-1 inhibitor, with or without bevacizumab, a VEGF inhibitor, in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. ⋯ National Medical Research Council of Singapore, National Research Foundation Singapore, Singapore Ministry of Education under its Research Centres of Excellence initiatives, and Merck Sharp & Dohme.

Multicenter StudyBrain radiotherapy combined with camrelizumab and platinum-doublet chemotherapy for previously untreated advanced non-small-cell lung cancer with brain metastases (C-Brain): a multicentre, single-arm, phase 2 trial.
Brain metastases are a common complication in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) lacking actionable driver mutations, with limited treatment options and poor prognosis. We aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of brain radiotherapy combined with camrelizumab and platinum-doublet chemotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed advanced NSCLC and brain metastases. ⋯ For the Chinese translation of the abstract see Supplementary Materials section.

Multicenter StudyPrimary lung tumour stereotactic body radiotherapy followed by concurrent mediastinal chemoradiotherapy and adjuvant immunotherapy for locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer: a multicentre, single-arm, phase 2 trial.
Patients with locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who undergo concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy often experience synergistic toxicity, and local regional control rates remain poor. We assessed the activity and safety outcomes of primary tumour stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) followed by conventional chemoradiotherapy to the lymph nodes and consolidation immunotherapy in patients with unresectable locally advanced NSCLC. ⋯ AstraZeneca and Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute.

Multicenter StudySafety and activity of CTX130, a CD70-targeted allogeneic CRISPR-Cas9-engineered CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with relapsed or refractory T-cell malignancies (COBALT-LYM): a single-arm, open-label, phase 1, dose-escalation study.
Effective treatment options are scarce for relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma. This study assesses the safety and activity of CTX130 (volamcabtagene durzigedleucel), a CD70-directed, allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) immunotherapy manufactured from healthy donor T cells, in patients with relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma. ⋯ CRISPR Therapeutics.
