Inotuzumab ozogamicin in combination with low-intensity chemotherapy for older patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative acute lymphoblastic leukaemia: a single-arm, phase 2 study.
Inotuzumab ozogamicin, an anti-CD22 monoclonal antibody bound to a toxin, calicheamicin, has shown single-agent activity in relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. We aimed to assess the activity and safety of inotuzumab ozogamicin in combination with low-intensity chemotherapy in older patients with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. ⋯ MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Prexasertib, a cell cycle checkpoint kinase 1 and 2 inhibitor, in BRCA wild-type recurrent high-grade serous ovarian cancer: a first-in-class proof-of-concept phase 2 study.
High-grade serous ovarian carcinoma is characterised by TP53 mutations, DNA repair defects, and genomic instability. We hypothesised that prexasertib (LY2606368), a cell cycle checkpoint kinase 1 and 2 inhibitor, would be active in BRCA wild-type disease. ⋯ Intramural Research Program of the National Institutes of Health and National Cancer Institute.
