[A preliminary study on the influence of human plasma exosomes-like vesicles on macrophage Wnt5A-Ca²+ pathway].
To study the influence of human plasma exosomes-like vesicles on the regulatory function of macrophages. ⋯ Exosomes-like vesicles can up-regulat macrophages expression of inflammatory cytokines genes, and increase the secretion of inflammatory cytokines by activating the Wnt5A-Ca(2+) signaling pathway.

[Treatment options and prognosis in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients].
To explore the effect of treatment option on the response and outcomes in multiple myeloma (MM) patients suitable for autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HSCT). ⋯ For newly-diagnosed MM younger than 65 are suitable for auto-HSCT, the best response of CR/VGPR was associated with OS and PFS. Auto-HSCT is also important prognostic factor for PFS. Induction therapy with Bortezomib can achieve rapid CR/VGPR while auto-HSCT as a crucial consolidation therapy and maintenance therapy maybe also important for improvement of long-term outcome.

To observe the incidence of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) in patients received unfractionated heparin (UFH) treatment, and explore the feasibility of monitoring HIT by platelet counts, as well as the significance of HIT-antibody test in HIT diagnosis. ⋯ HIT can be early diagnosed by monitoring platelet counts, HIT-antibody ELISA test and HIPA test. Withdrawal of heparin therapy in time and use of alternative anticoagulant, HITTS rate might be expected to decline further.

[The significance of serum GM and BG antigens assay for invasive fungal infections in hematological malignancies patients].
To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum galactomannan antigen (GM) and (1→3)-β-D-glucan antigen (BG) assay in invasive fungal infections (IFI) in the patients with hematologic malignancies and the role in monitoring therapeutic response. ⋯ Serum GM and BG antigens detection provides strong evidence for early diagnosis of IFI. Combination of GM and G tests can improve the diagnostic specificity and reduce the false positive GM test seems superior to G test for monitoring GM and BG values during treatment.
