[Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for acute lymphocytic leukemia].
To retrospectively analyze the results of a consecutive series of 100 ALL patients received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in our center. ⋯ Allo-HSCT can cure a significant proportion of ALL patients, especially for those in CR(1). There was no significant difference in OS, DFS between the two different conditioning regimens and the different transplant choices.

[Study on graft-versus-host disease in the allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for the treatment of leukemia].
To analyze the incidence and the effective prevention and treatment of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) for the allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (allo-PBSCT) for the treatment of leukemia. ⋯ The incidence of aGVHD was low, but of cGVHD was high in allo-PBSCT. sIL-2R and CD(25)(+) cells after PBSCT may provide predictive markers for aGVHD. The MMF/CsA/MTX regimen for prevention of aGVHD in allo-PBSCT is more effective than the CsA/MTX one. There was a strong antileukemic effect of GVHD in the allo-PBSCT.

[Allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in the treatment of hematologic malignancies].
To investigate the application of allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (allo-PBSCT) in the treatment of hematologic malignancies. ⋯ Allogeneic PBSCT is safe for both donors and recipients, and results in a rapid and stable engraftment without increase in incidence or severity of acute GVHD.

[Study on new techniques for genetic diagnosis of deletional alpha-thalassemia].
To develop polymerase chain reaction (PCR) techniques for diagnosis of three commonest deletional alpha-thalassemia determinants in China: - -(SA), - alpha(3.7) and - alpha(4.2). ⋯ The 3 PCR-based techniques established by our lab were accurate, simple, and well reproducible for gene diagnosis of the deletional alpha-thalassemia determinants.

Case Reports[Myelodysplastic syndrome with Sweet's syndrome--one case report and literature review].
In order to raise understanding of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) with Sweet's syndrome(SS). ⋯ The characteristics of MDS with SS were as follows: 1. SS associated with MDS was a systemic disease, involving lung, liver, spleen, myocardium, mesentery and subcutaneous fat tissue, besides cutaneous lesions. The article reported the thyroid gland involved by SS with MDS for the first time. 2. SS with MDS might occur with neutropenia. 3. SS with MDS was a marker of advancing MDS. MDS with SS was transformed to acute myelogenous leukemia easily.
