To explore the dose equivalence ratio and treatment costs for abobotulinumtoxinA and incobotulinumtoxinA for patients with focal dystonias. ⋯ For patients with conditions commonly treated in dystonia clinics, switching from abobotulinumtoxinA to incobotulinumtoxinA, given at equivalent doses (~4:1 unit ratio) at similar intervals, was effective, well tolerated and achieved cost savings.

To investigate acute whiplash-associated disorder in the Lithuanian population who are unaware of the phenomenon. ⋯ Road traffic accidents induce whiplash-associated disorder in patients who seek help, but who are unaware of the condition whiplash-associated disorder. Whiplash-associated disorder should be considered and treated as an entity per se.

Identify predictor variables and models for clinical outcomes for primary care shoulder pain patients to 12 months follow-up. ⋯ Predictive models for clinical outcomes in primary-care patients with shoulder pain were achieved for excellent clinical outcomes, successfully classifying 70-90% of cases.

To explore perceptions of spinal manipulative therapy and exercise among adults aged 65 years and older with chronic neck pain. ⋯ Relationship dynamics should be leveraged in clinical encounters to enhance patient satisfaction and perceived value of care.

To evaluate the relationships between key outcome variables, classified according to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), and observed and self-reported functional ability in patients with chronic widespread pain. ⋯ Observation-based assessment of functional ability in patients with chronic widespread pain is less influenced by pain and psychosocial factors than are self-reported evaluations. Valid observation-based assessment tools, such as the AMPS, should be included in clinical evaluation and future research addressing functional outcomes in this patient population.
