Urticaria is a common skin disease in clinic. The main clinical symptoms are sudden attack, various forms, different sizes of wind, and erythema, accompanied by varying degrees of itching. At present, antihistamines, non-specific antiallergic agents, or glucocorticoids are the main treatment, with some side effects and adverse reactions. Moxibustion therapy has shown strong advantages in the treatment of urticaria, and the curative effect is accurate. Therefore, this paper will carry out a systematic evaluation and meta-analysis of the efficacy and safety of moxibustion in the treatment of urticaria. ⋯ INPLASY2020100040.

De Quervain disease (DQD) is a common clinical disease. As a strainingdisease, DQD is more common in women who frequently engage in manual operations. The main clinical symptoms are local pain and dysfunction. Many clinical studies have reported that moxibustion has a good effect on the treatment of DQD, but there is no relevant systematic review. So the purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of moxibustion in treating DQD. ⋯ INPLASY2020100111.

Rectovaginal fistula (RVF) is a pathologic channel between the anterior wall of the rectum and the posterior wall of the vagina, is rare, and the majority is of traumatic origin. The most common causes are obstetric trauma, local infection, rectal surgery or caused by chronic inflammatory bowel disease. Once the disease will seriously affect the patient's quality of life, and generally not self-healing, most require surgical intervention. At present, diverting stoma is mainly used in patients with severe RVF or complicated RVF or patients with Crohn disease. Due to the lack of large sample, linical studies, its clinical effectiveness is still controversial. The purpose of this systematic review is to evaluate the efficacy of diverting stoma in the treatment of diverting stoma. ⋯ INPLASY2020090070.

One of the most distinctive features of epithelial ovarian cancer is tendency to disseminate into peritoneal cavity to form peritoneal carcinomatosis, indicating advanced disease with poor prognosis. ⋯ The application of cytoreductive surgery plus hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with systematic chemotherapy may improve survival dramatically for the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and peritoneal carcinomatosis and should be considered as an option of a relatively new regime.

Increased signal intensity of spinal cord on T2W magnetic resonance imaging for cervical spondylotic myelopathy patients: Risk factors and prognosis (a STROBE-compliant article).
To investigate the risk factors for progression of increased signal intensity (ISI) on T2W magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and its prognostic value in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). A total of 109 patients with CSM were included in this study. All the patients were treated with anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. ⋯ Logistical regression showed that disease duration was the only factor that significantly correlated with the progress of ISI (P < .001). CSM patients with ISI on T2W MR images had poorer surgical outcomes compared to others, while the increased range of HR may deteriorate preoperative neurological function. Moreover, patients with longer disease duration had greater risk of ISI in spinal cord.
