As a global malignancy with high mortality rate, targeted drug development for Uterine Cervical Neoplasms is an important direction. The traditional formula Guizhi Fuling Wan (GFW) is widely used in gynecological diseases. However, its potential mechanism of action remains to be discovered. ⋯ The interleukin-17 signaling pathway, tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway, and Toll-like signaling pathway were then selected for further molecular docking from the hub genes enrichment analysis results, which showed good binding. Among the Hub genes, JUN, VEGFA, IL1B, and EGF had a poor prognosis for CSCC. In conclusion, this study illustrates that GFW can have adjuvant therapeutic effects on CSCC through multiple targets and multiple pathways, providing a basis for further research.

To predict the molecular mechanisms of action of Coptis chinensis in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease using network pharmacology. The active ingredients and targets of Coptis chinensis were obtained from the Traditional Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Database. Target information for Alzheimer's disease was screened using the GeneCard and OMIM databases. ⋯ The main signaling pathways were the PI3K-Akt, AGE-RAGE, MAPK, HIF-1, TNF, and relaxin signaling pathways. The molecular docking results showed that berberine has a high affinity for Alzheimer's Disease. Coptis chinensis could play a multi-target and multi-pathway role against Alzheimer's disease, which has guiding significance for clinical research.

The efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with Silibinin in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) are still inconclusive. This meta-analysis intends to evaluation to explore the clinical efficacy and quality assessment of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with Silymarin in the treatment of NAFLD, aiming to aims to provide evidence-based data analysis for researchers and clinical practitioners involved in TCM research for NAFLD, with the hope of facilitating wider adoption and application. ⋯ Traditional Chinese medicine in conjunction with Silibinin capsules has shown significant efficacy in the treatment of NAFLD, improving clinical symptoms, blood lipid levels, and liver function. Furthermore, it is essential to engage in multi-omics research, investigate iron death, and explore the gut microbiota as potential observational indicators for the diagnosis and inclusion criteria. Conducting more high-quality clinical experiments is necessary to further validate these findings.

The causal relationship between gut microbiota and COVID-19: A two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis.
Recent studies have shown that gut microbiota is associated with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). However, the causal impact of the gut microbiota on COVID-19 remains unclear. We performed a bidirectional Mendelian randomization. ⋯ This study provides a basis for the theory of the gut-lung axis. Further randomized controlled trials are needed to clarify the protective effect of probiotics against COVID-19 and the specific protective mechanisms. This study has important implications for gut microbiota as a nondrug intervention for COVID-19.

Knowledge mapping of prodromal Parkinson's disease: A bibliometric review and analysis (2000-2023).
The prodromal period of Parkinson's disease (PD) is currently a hot topic in PD research. However, no bibliometric analysis has been conducted in this research field. This study aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of the status, hotspots, and trends in the prodromal period of PD using bibliometrics. ⋯ Studying the nonmotor symptoms of PD precursors is a major topic in this research field. This is the first bibliometric study to comprehensively summarize the research trends and developments in the prodromal period of PD. This information identifies recent research frontiers and hotspots and provides a reference for scholars studying the prodromal period of PD.
