On page 363, Table 1, in the column for rivaroxaban dose, where it says 20 mg/12 h, it should read 20 mg/24 h. On page 365, Figure 3, this originally published figure contained errors and would be replaced by the figure below.

Meta AnalysisSurgical versus non-surgical treatment of flail chest: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.
Conflicting evidence exists on the choice of surgical or non-surgical treatment of flail chest injuries. We aimed to perform a meta-analysis comparing outcomes in patients presenting flail chest undergoing surgical or non-surgical treatment. ⋯ Our results suggest that surgical treatment is advantageous compared to non-surgical treatment for patients with flail chest secondary to rib fractures.

Acute dyspnoea is a common symptom in Emergency Medicine, and severity assessment is difficult during the first time the patient calls the Emergency Medical Call Centre. ⋯ During first calls for dyspnoea, six predictive factors are independently associated with the risk of early requirement of respiratory support.
