Videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) is a noninvasive radiographic procedure that examines the oral, pharyngeal, and cervical esophageal stages of swallowing. Tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF) is difficult to diagnose depending on its size and location. However, how VFSS can be of benefit in the diagnosis of TEF has not been reported yet. ⋯ This case alerts clinicians to the possibility of TEF as a diagnosis when the aspirate leaks from the upper esophagus and through the posterior wall of trachea in the esophageal phase of VFSS.

It is important to investigate children's eating habits based on different eating behaviors such as satiety responsiveness (SR), slowness in eating (SE), food fussiness (FF), food responsiveness (FR), enjoyment of food (EF), desire to drink (DD), emotional under-eating (EUE), and emotional over-eating (EOE). The main objective of this research was to investigate whether gender affects the eating habits of Nigerian school children. A cross-sectional survey was conducted between March and June 2019. ⋯ However, EUE was lower in boys than girls, t (118) = -4.339, P < .001; FR was lower in boys than girls, t(118) = -3.112, P < .001; SE was lower in boys than girls, t(118) = -3.832, P < .001; thus, gender had a significant influence on eating habits of the school children. Gender significantly affects the eating habits of Nigerian school children. Thus, gender is an important factor to be considered when aiming to improve the eating habits of Nigerian school children.

This study aimed to explore the clinical characteristics, therapeutic efficacy and prognostic factors of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). ⋯ PTCL is poor in therapeutic efficacy and prognosis, and different pathological types, Ann Arbor stage, presence/absence of bone marrow involved and Hb level are related with the prognosis of PTCL patients. Anemia occurring before the treatment is an important predictive indicator influencing the prognosis of PTCL patients and patients who experience anemia will be poor in prognosis.

Review Case Reports
Ectopic insulinoma diagnosed by 68Ga-Exendin-4 PET/CT: A case report and review of literature.
Ectopic insulinomas are extremely rare and challenging to diagnose for clinicians. Precise preoperative localization is essential to successful treatment. ⋯ This case shows that 68Gallium-exendin-4 PET/CT is useful for precise localization and thereby successful treatment of insulinoma, especially for occult insulinomas and those derived from an ectopic pancreas.
