Review Case Reports
A rare case of nevus sebaceous of the bilateral labia minora: A case report and review of literature.
Nevus sebaceous (NS) is a lesion caused by congenital hyperplastic disorder of the sebaceous glands. It commonly noted in the scalp and face and rarely in the trunk, neck, or oral mucosa. We present a rare case of a lesion arising in the genital region. ⋯ We recommend surgical removal of lesions in the genital area during adolescence or before adulthood. Adolescence may be the best period for surgical intervention owing to a greater risk of malignant change in adulthood. On the other hand, surgical risk should be avoided in children considering the low incidence of malignant transformation.

Meta Analysis
The high expression of CHD1L and its clinical significance in human solid tumors: A meta-analysis.
Chromodomain helicase DNA-binding protein 1-like (CHD1L) is an oncogene. It was cloned from 1q21 chromosome region of hepatocellular carcinoma in 1991. CHD1L is up-regulated in many kinds of cancers and is involved in the carcinogenesis and development of tumors. More and more studies have shown that over-expression of CHD1L is associated with poor prognosis of tumors. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of CHD1L in human solid tumors. ⋯ The high expression of CHD1L is associated with poor OS as well as related to tumor differentiation, tumor size, and distant metastasis, which can be served as a prognostic marker and a potential predictor of clinical pathology in human solid tumors.

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is one the common medical condition of functional GI disorder (FGD) characterized by bowel-related symptoms without other organic gastrointestinal (GI) disease. Compound Glutamine Entersoluble Capsules(CGEC),a compound preparation in which each capsule contains 120 mg L-glutamine, 50 mg ginseng, 50 mg licorice, 50 mg Atractylodes macrocephala and 50 mg Poria cocos, have been reported the efficacy of CGEC for patients with IBS in improving the clinical symptoms and quality of patients' life. However, there is no a systematic review related to CGEC for IBS to this day. In this study, we will systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of CGEC in the treatment of IBS-D with a meta-analysis method, so as to provide a solid evidence for clinical practice. ⋯ Whether it is the effectiveness and safety of CGEC in the treatment of IBS will be judged in the result of this systematic review.

Vertigo is a well-known presenting complaint common in the main care offices as well as departments. It is also regarded as a symptom of vestibular dysfunction and has been expressed as a feeling of motion, specifically rotational motion. As patients grow older, vertigo also becomes a commonly presenting complaint. The current study will carry out a widespread systematic review to estimate clinical therapeutic effects of gastrodin in combination with betahistine on vertigo. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/HQTZA (https://osf.io/hqtza/).

Chronic hand eczema (CHE) is a recurrent, frequently disabling skin condition that requires daily skin care to prevent transepidermal water loss, posing a significant burden of society and economy. In recent years, topical 0.05% clobetasol cream is widely used for the treatment of CHE for its efficacy, tolerability and safety. Whereas, no systematic review and meta-analysis has been updated up to now. Therefore, this work aims to assess the effectiveness and safety of topical 0.05% clobetasol cream in patients with CHE. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/SPHVZ.
