Multicenter Study
The risk assessment model of fracture nonunion after intramedullary nailing for subtrochanteric femur fracture.
To investigate the influencing factors of fracture nonunion after intramedullary nailing for subtrochanteric fractures and to construct a risk assessment model. Based on the multicenter retrospective analysis of 251 patients, all patients were divided into modeling group and verification group. In the modeling group, postoperative fracture nonunion rate, general data, fracture-related factors, surgical reduction-related factors, mechanical and biological factors were calculated, and the influencing factors of fracture nonunion were screened by univariate analysis. ⋯ The goodness of fit test: the Hosmers-Lemeshow test (X2 = 2.921, P = .712 > .05) showed that the model had a good calibration. After intramedullary nailing of subtrochanteric fracture, hip varus, failure of intramedullary nail fixation and wide surgical dissection are the risk factors of fracture nonunion, and the postoperative reduction of medial cortex fracture is protective factor. Pilonidal sinus involving the breast in a man: A case report and literature review.
Pilonidal sinus disease (PSD) involving the breast is extremely rare and has not been described in man. ⋯ PSD involving the breast is extremely rare in man, with no typically clinical manifestations, and could be easily ignored. This disease requires great attentions from clinicians.

Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women, which seriously affects women's physical and mental health and even life-threatening. The occurrence and development of breast cancer are closely related to genetic factors. Many studies have shown that human leukocyte antigen DRB1 is associated with the development of breast cancer, but lack evidence. This study aims to systematically evaluate the relationship between HLA-DRB1 gene polymorphism and breast cancer. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/847FQ.

For patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) complicated by respiratory acidosis, noninvasive ventilation therapy is thought to be the first-line treatment. In patients with AECOPD, the effect of high-flow nasal oxygen therapy is not well studied. In this study, the existing data will be synthesized to obtain an effective rate of movement of nasal oxygen therapy in patients with AECOPD. ⋯ November 18, 2020.osf.io/umd48. Tic disorders (TDs) are a group of neurodevelopmental disorders in children, while pharmacotherapy is often associated with various side effects and has limited clinical effects for some patients, thus significantly affecting patients' quality of life. Studies have found acupuncture shows certain advantages in the treatment of TDs. However, there is no high level of evidence evaluating the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture for children with TDs. ⋯ INPLASY2020110050.
