    AbstractAccording to GLOBOCAN 2018 data1, cervical cancer (CC) is the fourth most common cancer in women worldwide and the third most frequent cancer in Mexican women. In recent years, incidence and mortality rates have been declining worldwide at a rate of 1.6% per year2.
