    Review Question/ObjectiveThe objective of this systematic review is to identify, appraise and synthesize the best available evidence related to the effectiveness of assertive communication training programs in healthcare.More specifically, the objective of this systematic review is to determine the effectiveness of assertive communication interventions for health professionals and students on levels of assertiveness, communication competence and impact on clinician behaviors compared to alternative or no interventions.
