    AbstractThe updated fourth version of the CHEST guideline presents the evidence base and treatment algorithm for pulmonary arterial hypertension in adults. The CHEST approach to creating clinical guidelines differs from the European one (ESC/ERS) and, in fact, consists in a systematic review of clinical trials and a sammary of their postulates.
