    AbstractOne of the extremely important problems of managing patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is to prevent exacerbations. The article presents data on the clinical and economic efficiency of joint vaccine prevention of conjugate pneumococcal vaccine Prevenar 13 (PCV13) and SOVIGRIPP flu vaccine in patients with COPD.
