    Dissecting cellulitis of the scalp: response to isotretinoin.

    AbstractWe report three patients with dissecting cellulitis of the scalp. Prolonged treatment with oral isotretinoin was highly effective in all three patients. Furthermore, long-term post-treatment follow-up in two of the patients has shown a sustained therapeutic benefit.
