    AbstractAbdominal pain is a common complaint among children with a vast differential diagnosis. Hip pain is also a nonspecific sign. Here, we present a case of a 3-year-old boy with a complaint of abdominal pain and pain in both hips, much on the right one. After evaluations, the diagnosis was a spider bite.
